Returns and Exchanges Policy - Aroma e Amor Essência

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of product receipt to request a return due to withdrawal, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Return

• The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original intact packaging.

• All accessories and included items must be returned along with the product.

• We do not accept returns of products with broken seals, signs of use, partial consumption, missing seals, or damaged packaging.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

• If the product has a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving it.

• You will need to send photos of the product and packaging for evaluation.

• Once the defect is confirmed, we will exchange the product or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Procedure

• To request a return, please send an email to our customer service with your order number and reason for the return.

• After approval, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
